Distance sales agreement

1. Parties. This agreement is between Lyro Dijital Reklam Tasarım Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Furhood (the "Seller"), whose details are set out in our Pre-contract information, and the customer whose name, delivery address and email are given at checkout (the "Buyer").

2. Subject. This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products in the Buyer's order placed on furhoodkids.com, at the prices shown at checkout. The product, quantity, size, total price, delivery address and payment details are set out in the order confirmation email.

3. Applicable rules. This agreement is made under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As the Seller is established in Turkey, it also complies with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Nothing in this agreement reduces the Buyer's rights under the law of the United Kingdom.

4. Price and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the price shown at checkout is the total the Buyer pays. Delivery is free. The Buyer pays by card at checkout.

5. Delivery. The Seller delivers to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales within 6–10 working days, using tracked delivery. If the Seller can't deliver within 30 days of the order, the Buyer may cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Right to cancel. The Buyer may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by emailing hello@furhoodkids.com. Returns are free: the Seller tells the Buyer which courier branch to drop the parcel at, and covers the cost. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any labels still attached. The Seller refunds the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of the Buyer providing proof of return, whichever is sooner, using the original payment method.

7. Faulty goods. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty, the Buyer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Personal data. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data as described in the Privacy notice.

9. Disputes. The Buyer can contact the Seller at hello@furhoodkids.com about any complaint. The Buyer may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland if they live there.

10. Acceptance. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read the Pre-contract information and this agreement. The agreement is stored by the Seller and a copy is sent to the Buyer by email with the order confirmation.
