How do I choose the right size?
Measure your child from the top of the head to the heel and pick the size that covers that height. If they’re between sizes, or close to the top of one, go up a size. Little ones grow fast.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 6–10 working days with free tracked delivery: dispatch within 1–2 working days, then 5–8 working days on the way. You’ll see estimated dates on the product page before you order.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales.
Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. We don’t offer gift wrap or gift notes at the moment.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Returns are free. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Email hello@furhoodkids.com and we’ll cover the return postage and help you sort it out.
How do I wash it?
