Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund, for any reason. This is your legal right when you buy online.

How to return. Email hello@furhoodkids.com with your order number. Returns are free: we’ll email you the return details and the courier branch to drop your parcel at. Drop it off and we’ll take care of the rest, at no cost to you. Please send items back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any labels still attached.

Faulty or damaged? Email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll put it right.
