This page gives you the information we're required to provide before you place an order.

1. Who we are. Furhood is a trading name of Lyro Dijital Reklam Tasarım Ticaret Limited Şirketi, registered in Turkey (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce no. 1052972, MERSİS no. 0609138501900001, tax no. 6091385019, Ümraniye Tax Office). 2. The product. The main features, sizes and price of each product are shown on its product page. Please choose a size using our size guide.

3. Total price. The total price is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free.

4. Payment. You pay by card at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Orders arrive in 6–10 working days with free tracked delivery. Estimated dates are shown before you order. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

6. Your right to cancel. You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Email hello@furhoodkids.com with your order number. Returns are free: we'll email you the courier branch to drop your parcel at, and we cover the cost. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any labels still attached. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Faulty items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.

8. Complaints. Email hello@furhoodkids.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

9. Language. Our contract with you is in English. A copy of your order and these terms is sent to you by email.
