Terms of service

1. About us. Furhood (furhoodkids.com) is a trading name of Lyro Dijital Reklam Tasarım Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a company registered in Turkey. You can contact us at hello@furhoodkids.com. Our full contact details are on our Contact information page.

2. These terms. These terms apply to every order you place on furhoodkids.com. Please read them before you order. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. Your order. When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and won't charge you.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Delivery is free. Payment is taken securely at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching your order.

5. Delivery. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery times and tracking are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates.

6. Changing your mind. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and returns are free. Our Refund policy explains how.

7. Faulty items. Our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us with a photo and we'll put it right.

8. Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Please use our size guide to choose a size by your child's height. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item. Always follow the care label inside the garment.

9. Our responsibility to you. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

10. Your personal information. We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

11. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or if you live in Scotland, in the courts of Scotland.
