Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We don’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Cost. Delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Delivery times. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 5–8 working days after dispatch, so 6–10 working days in total. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. We don’t deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.

Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days, or the tracking hasn’t updated for 5 working days, email hello@furhoodkids.com and we’ll look into it.
